Track an item you sold

If you purchased shipping on Kwykpix your tracking information is automatically uploaded in the database, providing buyer their shipping details and tracking numbers. If you purchased shipping elsewhere, you need to manually upload tracking numbers to each product shipped.

Uploading tracking details after you've sent an item enables you and your client to keep tract of progress.

  • Seller Login
  • Choose Sales / Pickup
  • Click Delivery Status on the desired sale
  • Select a product/s from drop down and click DETAIL
  • Enter Status, Tracking numbers and Save

Once tracking numbers have been entered or shipping has been purchased on KwykPix, package tracking can be followed HERE

Upload tracking information and provide your buyer with more confidence that their item will reach them. Tracking information is key if a dispute is opened.
Are you a buyer looking to track an item?

After shipping numbers have been entered into our database you will receive an e-mail with your tracking numbers. Use the tracking numbers provided in the email and enter them HERE. You can also click on the link provided in your e-mail

How to add, edit or delete tracking details

Once you've shipped your item, you can add, edit, or delete tracking details through Delivery Status under Sale/Pickup.

  • Seller Login
  • Choose Sales / Pickup
  • Click Delivery Status on the desired sale
  • Select a product/s from drop down and click DETAIL
  • Edit any status and Save

Track an item you bought as a guest

To track items you bought as a guest, you’ll need the order confirmation we sent to the email address you entered at checkout. The subject line starts with “Guest Order.”

In the body of the email, select View order details. You’ll then be able to view the tracking number, the item’s current location, and carrier information. If you don’t see the tracking information you can also email the seller from the Order Details page.

If you can’t find the guest order confirmation email,  contact us and we’ll send you another.
