Sellers are responsible for your own Refunds. PayPal does not charge a fee for refunds but they don't refund the original transaction fees or Processing fees. If you refund a buyer via PayPal, they may be entitled to 100% refund while you will not get a full refund since PayPal charged a 2.9% transaction fee and a $0.30 processing fee.
Example. $15.00 Product Refund. Paypal Originally charge of 2.9%/ 0.44 + 0.30=$.074. Paypal Seller Refund of $14.26
