It's a benefit to be a Member of KwykPix. Members have accounts that provide the ability to file a dispute. Guest Buyers need to file a ticket in order to resolve matters.

In your Profile Page, choose Resolution Center. Select the Product you want to file a dispute with and fill out the form. If Contact hasnt been made with the Seller first, your dispute can be closed.

Buyers can't use more than one method to get a refund. If payments are stalled in a financial institution or a PayPal dispute is filed, KwykPix dispute is closed.

The main reasons buyers file payment disputes include:

  • They didn’t receive their item
  • They received an item that doesn’t match the description on the listing
  • They didn’t recognize the transaction
  • They were charged more than once for an item
  • They were charged more than once for the transaction
  • They changed their mind

If a buyer dispute is successful, KwykPix will reverse the transaction. This means the original funds will be returned to the buyer.

Buyers have 30 days from date of purchase to file a Dispute in the Resolution Center. If a dispute arises after 30 days, buyers can open a ticket.
