How do I pay for Shipping Labels?

    All Shipping Labels are charged before you can print. After you select the product to ship, fill out the shipping information, select a shipping option to get a price, Click BUY and you will have access to your shipping label.

Make sure you have the dimensions and weight as close as possible or their might be an extra shipping fee not originally paid for. Couriers round up on weight and will send a Underpaid postage / Shortpay  Fee.
For example, a weight of 7.3 oz is 8 oz and not 7oz. or 7lbs 3oz is 8lbs not 7lbs, if someone selects 7 for the shipping label, extra charges could apply.
            NOTE: We recommend a shipping scale for proper weight calculations

• If couriers find Underpaid Postage and apply charges to your shipment, extra shipping fees will be deducted from your product sale or Due if you don't have enough funds to cover the extra charges. You will be notified and can always Contact Us and dispute with the courier.
  
  How do I avoid Underpaid Postage Fees?
• Make sure you enter the correct weights when purchasing a label
• Make sure the Address and Zip Code are correct.
• Match the label to the packaging. Certain courier boxes don't allow certain  labels. USPS Priority mail packages require Priority mail labels

            Any Under Paid postage Fees that are not paid within the week can cause warnings, account suspension, canceled             accounts and/or inability to sell on KwykPix again.

How do I get Shipping label Refunds?

    Void your shipping labels within 7 days of purchase on your KwykPix account. Refunds are approved by Couriers and take           15-30 days to complete.

How will I know the status of my refund?
If you Voided and a refund was approved, you'll receive an email and credit in your account.

NOTE: Any unused shipping labels that you want to void and request refund will need to be                 taken to the courier them self after seven (7) days.
