How to issue a refund?
       Buyers can contact you through their Return Order. Sellers will receive detailed information when a Return Order has been filed. You can discuss the situation and see if any other information is needed before approval. Approve the Refund and you can credit the account your self. Select Full or Partial with the desired amount and click SAVE. A refund will be issued.
